Login options

We support Email+Password authentication and Google sign-in. Microsoft authentication is not currently available.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring all use of our services is lawful and complies with these terms.

Free trial

• 7-day trial period with unlimited generations
• 60 total transcription minutes
• Per-file cap: ≤ 200 MB / ≤ 60 min

Paid plans

• Monthly: $10/month
• Yearly: $99/year (save ~18%)
• Includes 600 transcription minutes per month
• $0.01 per minute overage as a single monthly invoice line item
• Per-file cap: ≤ 5 GB / ≤ 5 h

Important notes

• Minutes apply only to audio/video transcription
• Text and CSV generation are completely free
• Stripe processes all payments securely
• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled

Ownership

You retain full ownership of your inputs and outputs. We do not claim any rights to your content.

AI-generated content

All outputs are AI-generated drafts and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and validating all content before sharing or using it.

No professional advice

We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Our tools are designed to assist with content generation and should not replace professional consultation.

What you're agreeing to

When you use our AI generation services, you agree that OpenAI may use your submitted content for:

• Developing and improving AI services
• Training and evaluating AI models
• Research, development, and testing purposes
• Enhancing service performance and reliability

This agreement is incorporated into OpenAI's Business Terms at https://openai.com/policies/business-terms

Your representations and warranties

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• Rights and permissions: You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit your content
• End user consent: If sharing others' data, you have provided proper notice and collected consent
• No sensitive information: You will not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive business information
• No PHI: You will not submit Protected Health Information (as defined under HIPAA)
• No children's data: You will not submit personal data of children under 13 or the applicable age of digital consent

Content restrictions

You agree NOT to submit content that contains:

• Trade secrets or confidential business information
• Personal health information (PHI) or medical records
• Financial account details or credit card information
• Government-issued identification numbers
• Children's personal information
• Any other sensitive or regulated data

Key privacy points

• Pasted text: Never stored in our database
• Uploads & transcripts: Automatically deleted after 7 days
• Data security: Encrypted storage and transmission
• No selling: We never sell or rent your personal data

Service updates

We may update features, pricing, or service terms. Significant billing changes will be communicated with advance notice.

Availability

While we strive for high reliability and uptime, we do not guarantee 100% service availability. We may perform maintenance or experience temporary outages.

Your cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Our suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, abuse of services, or failure to pay fees.

Service “as is”

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Liability limits

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
